Company Introduction

A specialized training institution for public officials, who prioritize development of region and local autonomy. 
In an era where globalization and localization are happening simultaneously, our country has also had to continuously promote innovation and decentralization, not only at the central government level but also at the local government level, in order to respond to such epochal transformations.


In the process of promoting national major policies such as government innovation, balanced national development, and local autonomy, there is a definite need for agents of change and innovation, that is, creative talents who will lead the 21st century.
 
The LATI has been established with the purpose of developing human resources in the public sector of our country through education and training (domestic and overseas), enhancing the capabilities of public officials, thereby improving the competitiveness of the government, as well as providing professional education and training for employees of public institutions and corporations, aimed at personal self-development and enhancing the external competitiveness of businesses.
 
Our institute has been promoting creative training, including specialized education program development in various fields and overseas training programs to educate on the history, theories, and experiences of advanced countries, and benchmarking the sites of change and innovation, to develop and nurture the government's talents who are the agents of this change.
 
Since its establishment, the institute has conducted numerous educational and training sessions for local council members and public officials from metropolitan and basic local governments nationwide, as well as public officials from the central government and corporations, and has also accumulated benchmarking achievements from overseas sites.
 
Currently, the institute is conducting high-quality education and training in a pleasant environment, inviting renowned professors and celebrities from various fields as lecturers, both domestically and internationally.
 
The LATI will continue to do its best to enhance the intellectual abilities of our country's public officials, as well as their innovative and creative capacities, by providing the latest information and materials, and by introducing and utilizing diverse and new educational techniques.

CI

CI of the Local Administration Training Institute is a symbol of our spitit and will reform the training culture. CI represents the Local Administration Training Institute's inside and outside of activities.
 
The blue background for the first two initials of Local Administration Training Institution ("L" and "A") stands for the blue sky and the white background for the las two intials ("T" and "I") represents perfection.
 
We Will fulfill our vision of 'Loyalty, Accordance, Trust and Integrity' with, councilors and public officials. With the CI, the original style of logo type is the core symbol which represents the Local Administration Training Institution. Simple and clear font of the type emphasizes the modernity and spirit of the institute.
